To all the catering staff who attended our wedding on Aug 10th at the GWRSA Club in Coity Bridgend. We would like to thank you for your excellent food provided by very friendly staff for whom nothing was to much trouble. It was a superb wedding fayre. Many graciuos thanks for making it a very memorable day and all our guests were full of compliments.

Dear Neil,
Regretfully the quiet efficiency of your staff meant that they had cleared and left by the time I managed to go to the kitchen to show my appreciation. Perhaps in future they might like to let me know that they are about to leave so that I may show our appreciation at the time.The meal and the service was excellent and much appreciated by all, there were many compliments and positive comment from my guests and staff regarding the standard of the food – Thank you. I would also appreciate albeit a little belated, if you would therefore kindly pass on our appreciation to your staff and apologies to them on my behalf as in this instance I have not thanked them personally.
I have now hesitation in recommending your company to others and will do so when the opportunity arises and I look forward to using your services again in the future. Thank you for providing as requested your invoice on the evening and I trust my cheque in full settlement has reached you.

Hi Neil & karen
We hired Browning Caterers for our wedding reception and they were fabulous. We were very impressed with their professional organisation and preparation before and during the big day, and they were so quick answering the multitude of questions we had! The food was delicious and plentiful, especially the canapes and the staff were extremely efficient, polite and friendly. They couldn't have been more helpful and it was definitely one less thing for us not to worry about! We would have no hesitation at all in recommending Brownings to anyone, excellent service and value.

Just wanted to say a big thank you to you all for your wonderful service that you provided at my wedding reception Saturday 5th June 2010. I would just like to thank you for the wonderful catering services you provided me with for my engagement party. I was very nervous having never used a catering company before, but had my fears put to rest with the wonderful service and food you provided me with. Myself and my wife would like to congratulate you and company for the service provided for our sons post christening function on the 27th April 2002. I thought that the initial discussions, both by e-mail and telephone, and subsequent conversations were conducted very professionally.
